This is a 'tired' Plus/4 which has seen far better days before my kid finished 'er off. :) US-standard NTSC 110V machine. Comes with manual and PSU.
Has a few scratches n scuffs especially at the corners. I dunno what its fault is, but you can see the screenshot at the bottom pics...
Could do with some cleaning btw.

They're not mint, but in rather good condition and quite clean inside.

Not interested (as I have a few Plus 4 here) but the fault is (probaly) the TED Chip (CPU) itself. it went through a few number changes and 9 times out of ten, any fault of the plus 4 is because the CPU died- Commodore just couldn't get them perfect for some reason, and because the plus 4 was discontinued so quickly, they never had the chance to make them perfect.
