Wanted Original GVP Ram modules

Hi there,
I`m looking for original 1 MB and 4 MB GVP Ram modules with 60 ns in order to restore a GVP A3001 card that could go with 50 Mhz. I can get it going with 25 Mhz but I haven't got the right modules in order to go faster. Thank you!
