I think it will come out for macminis and power macs once they run out of sam440s :)

A couple of days they announced that the new version of MorphOS will run on PowerMacs G4 too.

did some research

did some research

Well have done some research and think it might run:) It is better to believe than ... I cannot believe that all the videos on Youtube, forums etc are fakes. Might be incompatible with some setups so just hoping that..

They clame that the usb stack is not running in some configs and that you have to take the 4.1 display driver to 4.0 cd for the radeon, in linux I have al the tools and all the file system drivers for pick up to fiddle with the hard disk.

Will have the opportunity to test morphos. If I like it will buy it to support.

If I get something running will post.

Bought a minimac for 200 euro 1.4 ghz g4 (including shipping) Could arrive next week, still have to pay tommorrow. Had to trow in my French knowledge, wich is still more worse than my english..

For that cost it is easily sold once more if I get stuck I think

Did not trie morphos yet, but I presume that the 1.4 can be overclocked to 1.58 and that gives me double speed over most other morphos users. Will first use it normally and then overclock it.

My 4000 is still uncomplete, because at vesalia they "forgot" about my order. Well scored an overclocked A6340, could be together with the DENEB and scandoubler a nice legacy system, with the mac mini to the rescue for heavier stuff. Still have dual input or switchers if needed

It is a shame that some ppc for amiga is that expensive and I am not a milk cow that can deliver and deliver:blink:

received the mini yesterday

Giving an unregistred morphos a trie, to early to judge if it is keepers or gonners.

Will buy it, if it is as usefull as the speed it runs:bowdown: Wow..

Still learning a bit, and already found some minors:

For some reason the screens (3 of them tested) display a "flu" image, like the blur option in photoshop. Not to much, but it is the first thing noticed.

If it is worth it, will ask the probs at the proper support forum. The display output gives a strange noticable refresh also. Speedy, but annoying..

You are more than welcome on Morphzone.org - when you will probably find the solution for your problems.
