OS3.9 install for Cyberstorm Mk I wanted

Does anyone have a nice OS3.9 partition for A4000D to share (CF card image)? I don't need anything fancy as long as it boots with Cyberstorm Mk I and has utilities (Sysinfo, AIBB, WhichAmiga, SysSpeed etc..). I need it for hardware testing purposes.

I can of course provide proof that I own a valid OS 3.9 license.
