preprogrammed GAL22V10D-15LJ for Romy
Lattice GAL22V10D-15LJ programmed with a4000tx_rev11_assembly Logic U180_ROMY-1MB-GAL22V10-10.jed using Autoelectric MiniPro TL866CS (software 6.85). Programmed parts marked "R" black on black chip bottom.
EDIT: These are -15 parts, while filename suggest faster -10 speed grade. Romy sites on github and elsewhere don't seem to mention any speedgrade requirements.
74LS244 soic. Floppy signal buffer replacement for 74fct244
2 pcs 74ABT244 - believed to be an ok replacement for clock and other driver. both fct and abt logic have cmos inputs with ttl levels and ttl outputs, typical 3.3V high on fct, probably similar on abt.
