The GAL:s can be delivered programmed, with laser printed labels.
These are from aliexpress seller, sold as new in cut tape and with uniform markings, parts taken from tape do not appear to have been sockets as there are no marks on leads, that happen when I put them in the PLCC socket adapter. TL866CS reads them as blank and can program them.
