Sorry didn't realise it had already been mentioned... :picard

Borderlands GOTY currently £4.99 on Steam (includes all DLC ;)).... I used to own it on the X360, but what the hell... I'll buy it again for the PC at that price :)

I bought Borderlands GOTY (Steam offer) for the PC and i can't stand the low FOV .... Guess i'll have to modify one of the game files, although the fixes i've seen are not the best. I'm pretty sure the X360 version has the correct FOV settings applied as i never had any issues playing it.

Test Drive Unlimited 2 Sucked due long boring CUTSCENE and you cant even SKIP It

Borderlands was good fun but it get boring very quickly :(

Let have more good Steam in coming week

Steam has definitely been proving its worth recently, with some great discounts. Really loving the 75% weekly discounts.

Has actually made me start buying and owning more games legally.

It's actually also a great idea on their part as it extends the interest in the games, and boosts online gaming for them too.

I think you only started noticing, because they have been doing this for years ;)

 yes, but again, it's nothing new. Still agree wholeheartedly!

Actually you can skip them all, maybe it was in the last patch but all cut scenes can be skipped. Also I have been playing with a steering wheel, the game is not great by a long shot but it is not to bad.

I know they have been running such offers for some time, but until recently there were not such great games included in the deals.

Equally, I must admit that I never bothered with Steam much for a while. It vastly improved over the past couple of years for sure.

If you're referring to AAA titles, then that's not true, but it's more likely to happen in the summer sales. If you're referring to games you think are great, then it may be true :p

You must've just never really noticed ;)

On topic: 'Orcs Must Die!' at 2,49€ on Steam

Yeah, I grabbed Orcs must die yesterday. The sequel is due so good promotion for it.

Regarding Steam, it's probably a bit of both. Never used it much for a long time because when it was new it eas a bit unstable and they were not many great games on there. Then I only used it occasionally until last year when I wanted to play something again, then started getting hooked on all the games they now have at nice prices, especially the bundles.

Steam has a nice 24 hour deal for the King's Bounty Platinum Edition. Just £7.49 for all 3 games.

This weekend Steam have some great game boxsets on offer, well worth grabbing, even if you already own a couple of the games in them.

But first we have Skyrim, 50% off, so if you don't own it yet here is a great chance to get hold of a copy.

Next we have the Elder Scrolls Collection. This is only a daily deal so you need to grab it before Friday evening. This includes Morrowind II and IV GOTY editions that included the main expansion packs with each. Plus you also get Skyrim and its new expansion, Dawnguard. All of this bundle for just £40.98

However, the best deal is the following one.

Quakecon Pack. 76% off at £69.99, instead of £294.59. This pack includes a lot of content. Including Doom, Doom 2, Doom 3.. Doom expansion packs for each, Fallout 3 GOTY, Fallout New Vegas plus expansions, Heretic, HeXen series, Hunted, Quake I, II, III, IV.. plus expansions, Rage, Rogue Warrior, Spear of Destiny, Elder scrolls III GOTY, Elder Scrolls IV GOTY, Elder Scrolls V Skyrim, Wolfenstein 3D, Return to Castle Wolfenstein... and the list goes on.

Looking to play it now, so if you have the game downloaded we can jump into a game together? No mic though so I would be silent.
