I'm guessing dark forces uses dosbox ?
 
Yes. Steam version is preconfigured and works fine in Windows 7, as do all the other games in that bundle.
 
3 more awesome Star Wars games added to the Humble Bundle, truly one of the best bundles in history.
 
Bought this a couple of days ago. How could one resist. The only thing missing is Xwing vs Tie Fighter...
 
Boring? Have you only played it single player? Because it was always designed for multiplayer in mind.

This latest version is a faithful update to the original and if you liked the original Gauntlet, then you would enjoy the new one, but only multiplayer (can play online) as you really can't progress easily on your own.

It was brilliant fun in the 80's playing 4 player at the arcades and multiplayer, and I still remember playing the CPC version with a friend until we managed to loop the levels back round. The Atari ST (never released on Amiga) version was the best at the time.
 
Not a pc deal but just bought Wolfenstein New Order for 360 at Sainsburys for 12.99 brand new. Great price atm.
 
And also a great game, although personally PCs are the only place for a FPS with Keyboard+mouse control.
