Since i have no experience on these, does anyone know if these are like downloadable packs that could be installed anytime i want? I mean, can i just download them after purchase and deal with 'em on a later date?

These are all Steam based games. When you purchase the bundle you are given the serial numbers for them all. If you have a Steam account you just add the serial numbers to your account to add the games. You don't need to download and install the games as they become a part of your account, so you can just load Steam and select to download and install them later when you want to play them.

If you don't have a Steam account it is free to register one and download the client.
