PC Games Stuffer some Slowdown?

It's not your hardware, it's the game itself that is the problem

That what I thought :)

Why 5.5? That is the memory which need upgrading :)

Thanks for the Mods Powerpie5000:thumbsup:

Just been playing Wargame AIRLANDBATTLE on High Setting and so Powerpie5000 is right as it is the Game itself :(

Oh Well, Incoming Transmission........General 2 is coming :D

Depends what ram your hardware supports of course. Could be that it had slower ram installed than it supports. Often manufacturers do this to save money, so you might need to replace all the ram to increase the rating, not just add more.

However, why bother? As you said yourself all other games, even new ones, run fine. It is just a badly coded old one you are having issues with. I wouldn't bother if everything else runs fine as it really won't fix your issue with the game.

I think having 8GB ram would benefits like of Football manager 2014(which getting even deeper detail than before:wooha:) and not sure about General 2 pc require is:unsure:

yes but you need to re-install you OS as you only have 32bit atm and you would receive NO benefit at all until you do so.

just re-installing to an x64 OS with what you have NOW would GAIN you 1gb of ram straight away. instead of 2.9gb of 4gb you would then have 3.9gb of 4gb.
