Logitech Extreme 3D Pro joystick for the PC.
I have plugged this into a Windows 7 PC and tested it for responses in the "Device & Printers" dialogue in the Control Panel, all buttons and the stick respond fine, the driver was installed automatically via Windows Update when I plugged it in.
It is in good condition with only the odd scuff.
