Guys I done the mod, so I can use a PC floppy drive (mitsumi d359m3). However, do I still have to cut and twist some of the wires over, like on a PC cable, so I can use it or just use Amiga floppy cable...

you didn't specify which changes you made, exactly, but if you moved the DS jumper to DS0, you should be able to use a straight cable.

Well I cut the track at pin 34. Soldered a wire from DEN 3 to pin 34. Shorted DEN 2. Cut track at Pin 12 and soldered a wire from pin 10 the pin 12 track.....

Well I cut the track at pin 34.
This isolates the PC-style DISKCHANGE signal, because Amiga needs the READY signal on pin 34.

Soldered a wire from DEN 3 to pin 34.
This implies that the READY signal is present on DEN3, and therefore you feed it where the Amiga expects it to be.

Shorted DEN 2.

That would imply DEN2 also carries the DISKCHANGE signal and that by shorting it you are feeding it to pin #2 (where the Amiga expects DISKCHANGE to be).

Cut track at Pin 12

This would stop the drive from responding to ID 1

and soldered a wire from pin 10 the pin 12 track.....

And this would make it respond to ID 0 (assuming of course you soldered the wire to the inner side of the cut track :P )

It seems you've done it all, you can use a regular Amiga straight-through flat cable.
