As some of you know there is built in circuitry for showing the activity of the PCMCIA port (RAM cards, CF adapters etc.) similar to the HDD activity LED but this circuit is not populated by C=, but simply soldering these will enable it.. Voila!
The kit contains all the components mentioned in the guide below. These are all the correct size SMD components so your motherboard will look original, as opposed to hacking through-hole components for this mod..
1x 10K SMD resistor
1x 4.7K SMD resistor
1x Low power SMD PNP transistor
1x LED
1x 330R Resistor
1x Pin
1x20cm led cable (assorted colors)
