166 MMX overdrives are 2.5 multiplier locked, sadly I have to withdraw interest, I took some more precise measurements and the integrated heatsink+fan won't fit in the system I planned to use it, even if it fits, airflow on the intake will be completely blocked. Thanks anyway.
