Hi Folks,

I have been working with the designer of the original petSD (Nils Eilers) and a we have a new version of petSD available if anyone is interested. We have called it petSD+ as it is an enhanced version of the original. It's not as cheap as, say, PETDisk, but it uses a "proper" IEEE-488 connector, has options for an LCD screen (with limited functionality at the moment as the firmware is still in development) and a Real Time Clock as well as firmware based on sd2iec.

Since I am just doing these in my spare time (is there such a thing?), I am only producing them in small batches but I have now cleared the backlog and I should be able to ship them without much delay.

Check it out on my website at :

The price depends on which options you choose, so please check out the "Orders" page too:

I have to say chaps, this is a massive improved SD solution for any Commodore Pet.
It's a true IEEE488 interface which means it can be daisy chained with real drive units.
The firmware is improving with each release and the menu system is providing some new feature with easy image selection.

Wholly Recomended
:)

I have the first PetSD and the plus looks incredible. I've placed an order for a kit so I'm quite excited.
