Closed Piccolo GFX Card Programming Files

I seem to have broken my Piccolo (1MB) GFX card. I have the replacement chips, but don't have the programming files. I am interested in PALCE20V8H (U21), GAL16V8A (U5), GAL16V8B (U4) and MACH120 (U2) which is think has a version of v2.2 based on http://amiga.resource.cx/photos/piccolo,3

Can anyone help?

I think I read somewhere that they still sell these programmed chips - can't remember where I saw it though, sorry.
