Hi, I'm planning to give PiStorm32 Lite a chance, and to be honest to experiment a little with this hardware on my A1200, although I have a couple of questions, because searching thru internet I couldn't find any useful information regarding AmigaOS installation from scratch.

What I mean actually, is this. PiStorm32 Lite plays out of the box or you have to do some modifications first? You plug the card, insert AmigaOS installation disk, make partitions as you normally do or I miss something?

Emu68 must be installed after AmigaOS installation?

Thanks for reading, and hope to find some answers here. If I miss something else regarding installation please inform me, I would be much obliged.

Hello, I think you might want to look for a ready made image, then study that.

The best thing to do is follw the guide below for setting up Emu68, hard disk partitons and RTG screenmodes, it's pretty straightforward after that is done.

That's what I wanted to avoid (using another OS to prepare the card). So internal IDE of the A1200 doesn't work, it's been overriden by PiStorm's SD instead?

Also the following guide is worth checking out.

Another question I would like to ask. I have physical Kickstart 3.2 ROMs already installed, should I have them also in a file if I want to install AmigaOS 3.2 or physical ROMs will do?

Partitioning a MicroSD under MacOS it seems not to work, because it is formatted with MBR, and MacOS only supports partition with GUID, although regarding the guide, PiStorm will not work with GUID. Any assistance will be appreciated.
