Playstation 2 step verification?

I seem having problem with playstation store as I know my email and passwords for Playstation Store but I got suck on 2 step verification and I thought it would send to my phone but it seem that I forgot to change new mobile phone number to get verification code.

Do I have contact to Sony explain the problem or is there way get round it?

You should be able to use a backup code if you wrote them down. Otherwise you'll probably have to contact Sony support for help.
