These memory cards come pre installed with FreePSXBoot which you to play Imports on PS1 consoles without having to use a modchip

All memory cards are fully tested once prepared

How to use

1. Copy the full memory card image corresponding to your model/BIOS to a memory card.
2. Insert the memory card into slot 2.
3. Power up your PlayStation with the lid open, and go to the memory card manager.
4. After a few seconds, the screen will be filled with cyan. Wait ~30 seconds for the Unirom welcome screen to appear.
5. Once Unirom is loaded, you can insert a CD, close the lid and select Boot CD to load the game

Points to Note: Japanese PlayStation cannot have their CD drive unlocked by Unirom

Also note: This memory card will not be able to accept game saves. It's strongly recommended you have another memory card on hand for saving games! A second memory card is also a requirement for later SCPH-1002 consoles.

I'm offering a fully prepared memory card but FreePSXBoot is a free to use software, if you'd like to create your own please see here

Just for clarification

FreePSXBoot is a memory card mod that allows any ps1 to load imported cds without the need to have it chipped. This only works on ps1

If your looking for anything ps2 related your most likely thinking of mx4sio which is used for ps2 and plays games from a memory fitted with a sd card slot. This only works on ps2
