Please help me with kickstart and skick

I'm using kickstart 4.0 trying to go down to 3.9 by using skick - reason why - because my a1200 cant detect pcmcia. cf0 is mounted, but it wont display my card and what's on it. I have no clue how to use skick- if anyone could explain me, it be great. command skick is working... and i have list of kickstarts.

I've never heard about kickstart 4.0, at least not in classic Amigas?

reason is: i purchased the pcmcia transfer kit from amigakit - and I can't get it to work It wont detect my card.
