Payment sent. Thanks!

Thanks, I will ship tomorrow morning.

These arrived yesterday. Wow! The pictures don't do these justice at all. These are absolutely beautiful. If someone showed me the package I would have been certain that it was a commercial product. The cases are finished so well that they look like they've been molded not printed. They came with printed instructions and a labeled floppy with the drivers. The disk was labeled at least as well as many commercially produced floppies.

If it's not obvious, I am extremely satisfied with these. I think you really ought to try and redo the pictures so they can better represent the finish quality.

Leaving positive feedback. Thanks!

I meanwhile sorted out two issues with the current Plipbox firmware that I would like to share here. I hope these problems will be addressed for the next firmware release:

A.) Always power on your Plipbox before you power on your Amiga. If you don’t, you may get a message, that the Plipbox is unable to connect to the LAN/Internet. When using MiamiDX as TCP/IP stack for example, you will get this error message: Error(3,1) trying to configure the SANA-II device.

B.) If you power off your Amiga while downloading a file or browsing the Internet, the Plipbox may hang and you will end up in a uncertain state in which the Plipbox jams your network! In such a case, any other computer connected to the same network, may not be able to send nor receive any data anymore. Disconnect and re-connect your Plipbox from the power in such a case.

Always disconnect your Plipbox properly from the network before shutting down your Amiga! I mean by setting the Plipbox to “offline” in your TCP/IP stack software.

Thanks for creating these, they look brilliant! Can you send me a price for one card with the generic Amiga text in caffeine latte for the UK please, with PayPal payment?
:)
Mine arrived safe and sound last week, but only recently managed to grab it from my work place. It works really well on my 1200 with MiamiDX, and it really looks like a commercial product. The readme file on the floppy disks was a big help too in getting it setup too. Thanks!

Received mine (few days ago, actually). For a 3D print the case looks quite nice. Just one note: on my A1200 in order to connect both PlipBox and audio cables, I had to take a sharp knife and "modify" one RCA plug a little.

But overall - thank you!

The PCB you are using is your own design? It's available for download somewhere?

Hi - yes, the PCB and case design is made by myself. Currently not available for download. But I am working on it and will try to put both designs to the official website (if the developer of the Plipbox agrees). The PCB is dual layered and it's basically just a flattened version of the piggyback solution to save height.

Thanks for your interest. Which Vampire logo do you mean? The “V” with the red “2” across? This should be no problem, I can make a test print if you want. I send you a PM asap. I updated the shipping costs and Plipbox costs to USD. The shipping to the Canaries is 9 CHF which is equal to 8.40€ for Economy service (6-12 working days).

Thankyou! But due to the no answer in 3 days I spend my avaliable funds in an ACA500plus so I cant buy right now , I back to you when I have more funds to buy this great adapter. Cheers! And sorry again

Thanks a lot salocinx, plipbox+psu received and feedback left. Like Pgovotsos earlier mentioned, this definitely looks like a commercial product. Well done!

Damn ! My A1200 has iron RCA plugs... So i can't use a knife... Can you modify box for A1200 ?
