Thanks for your interest. Probably 512kB to 1MB of RAM should be sufficient if you're booting the Amiga with the network boot-disk (cp. section 2.2 of this document). You can do a lot with the simple network boot disk, for example interacting with any FTP server. If you plan to browse the Internet, I suggest a more powerful Amiga with HDD, 020+ CPU and 6-8MB of RAM.
