Sold Plipbox for Amiga 1000

I'm selling a Plipbox Ethernet adapter for the Amiga 1000. This one connects to the parallel port of the A1000.



It doesn't come with a power supply, so you'll need your own. My choice was to use a custom-made adapter that connects to the external floppy drive port and powers up the Plipbox via mini USB.

I'm asking 40 30 € + shipping for it. I prefer bank transfer but can take PayPal too.

What makes it specifically a 1000 version ? Isn't the parallel port identical on 500/2000/12000 etc ?

I believe the 1000 Parallel port is wired different to the other Amigas

The A1000 parallel port is a male connector and has a slightly different wiring. Also, one of the pins is connected to +5V and capable of providing reasonably high currents, so an external power adapter is not needed.
