Yesterday I've received external DVD Burner with Lighscribe. Today I've received 25x Verbatim DVD+R Lightscribe and 25x DVD case. Now I can burn my collection of C64 & Amiga magazines.
And today I bought A4 self-healing cutting mat. Finally I can start to made paper models :D First will be USS Equinox  It's printed and waiting...

The postman had brought me an RGB cable for my Megadrive. It seems that I need also a cartridge to get something else than blackness out of the Megadrive. :)

Today I received a joypad for my Megadrive. It's starting to look like a complete system. :D

They do look cool with the Everdrive (well and maybe cleaned up a bit in the case of mine)

Looks good . :) correct psu and a/v cables are ordered too.

Aw man. They better send you a replacement...are the others okay?

others are fine, replacement underway. One layer of bubble wrap and that cardboard on the bulb i a bubble envelope isn't exactly what i suggest you send bulbs in. :)

Just love this old tech stuff. I'm going to make one of those clocks that seem to be the usual application for this tubes today. :)

Megadrive joypad - another one. :)

It so happened that I had purchased the Megadrive pad from a local auction site. When it didn't arrive within what's considered a reasonable delivery time in domestic postal traffic, I contacted the seller and he was kind enough to send a replacement and said that if the first one would turn out, I wouldn't have to send it back.

Well, it arrived pretty swiftly, or so I thought. Four days later the another pad turned out. So the first pad had actually been the original and not the replacement.

I thought about my options and decided to pay also for the other one. I thought it was the sensible thing to do and also less fuss than send it back even though the seller had said I could keep the other pad if it turned out. I informed the seller about the arrival and the payment of the second pad.

So now I have two pads for my Megadrive. :)

finally got hold of a brand new old stock Yo! Joe! (French version)... The sides are slightly creased as the inner box is protected only by a sheet of folded cardboard (got the English version so that's how I know :) (if a little battered))

Well, this week I added a new psu from the other bay, which is an amigakit one with a modified silent fan, to replace my chunky non silent goliath, and a LG 22lh2000 monitor so my miggy doesn't have to share any more!

Sent from my HTC One.
