Protracker issues

Hi all.

Basically, I have bought a Midi Master interface to use with Protracker for note entries when I make music, however I've having this problem:

Protracker 2.3D: supports Midi but can't see any .mod files! I've tried different locations, changing the filenames to uppercase and shortening, still no go.
Protracker 3.15 and 4.0b both see and play the same .mod files fine but don't support Midi

I am going to try Octamed tonight, but I'd really prefer using Protracker, mainly because I know it and for integrating music into my AMOS projects.

Any ideas why 2.3D won't see .mod files?

My hardware used is ClassicWB Full on my A1200 with ACA1230/42 64mb Fast ram and a 2gb CF Hard drive, Midi master interface.

I'm pretty sure that Protracker 2.3 looks for files with the mod extension at the front, eg: mod.songname

I'm using Protracker 2.3d too, but I don't have that problem. Actually it shows everything in a directory. Change the filter.
