Found PS/2 mouse bracket

I'm desperately looking for a PS/2 mouse bracket. The one that would fit an ISA/PCI bracket, and has a PS/2 connector in it, with a 5-pin cable that goes to your mobo. I have a PS/2 supported mobo but I lack this bracket.

If you have one with a different motherboard connector than this, then I'm still interested. I can just rewire it to the connector type I need.

I think I have one of those plates with the connector completely removed, but I might also have the connector required. Would they be of any use to you?

I'm interested in a complete unit... The cable in the end that goes to the mobo can be any type. Not interested in the plate only.
