I have PSU for Commodore C64

The power supply has once fallen down and it has peeled off the bottom but it still works 100% and the damage does not interfere with work

You might just wanna give this one to the trashcan. Besides those things notoriously failing and blowing half your chipset, this one is fubar.

IMHO, in this condition, the CSA/UL/CE certification is void. There can be cracks in the thermally conductive epoxy and this could cause exposure of the mains voltage. This can result in electrical shocks and fire hazards.
