I'm looking for a PSX Port parallel port joystick adapter by Joe Fenton, which was supported by some Quake and Doom ports back in the day. An ADF dump of the driver disk or a copy of psxport.device would also be very helpful. I think it's this device, but I'm not a 100% sure as information is really hard to come by about it.
