Wanted QuikPak A4000-060 XP

No, it's not. If you look the link I provided in the first post, you see they are different.
 
I know I have the T-Rex II / A4060, with the double Altera custom-programmed chips. I also have it's immediate cousin, the Ultrasound 060 (Altera chips, no SCSI).

My recollection of the QuickPak 060 (pointed to by your link) was that, because of the A4000T's onboard 53C710, there was no need for the chip. There was also the likely conflict with the motherboard SCSI DMA, because 2x DMA bus masters would have problems (Buster-11 / Dave Haynie notes). The T-Rex II doesn't like the A4000T, likely for that reason (I have tested). The QuickPak 060 card would likely be fine in the A4000D with an onboard 53C710, as pictured in your link. The pic doesn't show the maker of the CPLD they used, though - I am curious. The QuickPak card did have a better memory design, being able to take advantage of EDO memory, based on Bustest benchmarks vs other 68060 cards of similar clock and DRAM-based memory.
