So I have a Fat Agnus 8375 winging its way to me as we speak for my A500 rev.6A, but I should I hold out for a RAMasses II (could be months or years before I find one of those!) or a Mega Chip from here? - Mega Chip
After some research it appears that the RAMasses will work fine with the TF536 that I have (albeit with a riser or two) but has anyone used the Mega Chip in the link? Will it work with a TF536?

Just for a bit of info in case you're not aware, that megachip you've linked to should work fine with the T536 however it is not a plug and play board, it requires you to de-solder the existing plcc socket on your a500 board and then solder that board (or a set of socket strips) in its place.

The Ramesses II is plug and play and is advertised and not requiring any soldering at all.

The megachip that segasonic has linked to also looks like it should be plug and play but you do still have to solder the wire (which will be much easier than removing the plcc socket)

I don't know what sort of soldering skills you have so just thought i'd mention it in case you hadn't noticed.

Its similar to the one installed in this post by Acill (except he's installing it onto a rev 5 board) https://acillclassics.wordpress.com/2019/02/18/megachip-a500-install/

Hi Scrappyshinx. I have never soldered anything in my life so rather than potentially damaging my motherboard through poor soldering on my part I might as well wait it out for a Ramesses to become available.

I can confirm the RAMasses II and the TF536 work perfectly together as thats what I have in my A500. Drop a Super Denise in there and you effectively have an A500+
