The PSU weights 2.4kg which means with the interns it will cost something ridiculous like 40e to ship it. I think if I remove the internals I can get it shipped for 13-20 euros. I took the PSU PCB off and it still weighs 2kg. What else can I strip?

All i really need is the outer casing and the cable with the amiga plug on it. If its too heavy after that then i guess i'll have to leave it. I do thank you for going to the trouble though

Just to make sure, you dont need the fan or the power button?

You can leave the button but the fan is part of the pc psu is it not? When i last had one it was literally a PC AT PSU bolted inside the case, the psu died on it and all i did was unbolt it, bolted a replacement in and hooked the Amiga cable. Could you post a pic so i can see what it looks like inside?
