Hi,
for sale is a RapidRoad clockport version. This device is practically new, it was used max. 5 times including for the test now before selling. If I am not mistaken this device should also work on a X-Surf, but I am really not sure, since I never got my hands on a X-Surf.
Price: 220Euro + Shipping
Payment: Paypal

I guess: used on a clockport should be max. 500kb/s, on a fast clockport max. 1,2mb/s.
X-Surf: advertised as 6-7mb/s.
It will of course depend on you config. I don't think that a a1200 with 4mb fast will reach 1,2mb/s.

Well DJBase tested it on a fast clockport and said 1,65 / 1,22 (read/write) and 0,95 / 0,82 on normal clockport.

The weird thing Jens did is disable the clockport on the X-surf version. I have an email from him telling me there was no way to use the X-surf version on a 1200... Not sure why it is artificially hobbled except price :(

Did you already realize, there was x-surf and x-surf500 and there is x-surf100?

Then, x-surf100 has integrated USB ports and this doesn't fit to standard clock-ports.

Correct, The port on the x-surf100 (which I refer to as xsurf, because that is all that is available) is bigger than the clock port and plugs into a different connector on the Rapid Road. The usb ports on the xsurf are useless with out the rapid road...

So, you just like to mix x-surf and x-surf100.
x-surf100 will not work with clockport versions of rapidroad and thus this module will also not work on x-surf100.

The one just sold I have. I removed the plastic casing and connected up the longer connector to my X-Surf100 and it worked for me. Even though it’s meant for Clockport use only. Maybe I got lucky?

No, you misunderstand. Here is the email from Jens, perhaps that will make it more clear.
