When come using software for while and it seem to stalled or frozen(I am sure it had happened to you before) meaning I cant move the mouse curors or press keyboard as nothings is happened and I dont know what cause to stalled or frozen because the last time I had was heat sink(which isnt good enough) and that also frozen when you using software or internet :(

There should be Fans for underneath the board as well and I am sure that help lots. I have been told that Double fans I bought bring CPU heat down by 20%(62c)

I'm surprised no one replied to this thread. I'm assuming you have found the answer by now, but this sound A LOT like a power related issue.

You didn't mention which Power Supply you are using or the quality of micro USB cable. But especially if you running fans or high power devices like fans or hard disks, make sure you are using at least a good quality (Samsung,Apple,Anker.etc) 2.5 to 3.0A power adaptor.

My Raspberry Pi 3 was slightly overclocked and ran a home server with Owncloud, Zoneminder and Samba server (with a fan and USB hard disk) pretty much 24/7 for about 2 years with a 3a Samsung tablet charger.
