retro8bitshop.com sell something similar to that case for all 8-bit C='s and A600's. Two layer, PSU etc on the bottom, computer on the top
@miggymad, that is sweet. BUT...aluminum, metal hardware and strong handle? These things just do not have that Commodore...what's the word I'm looking for here..."flair"? ..."essence"?
Just look at that...what I assume is...glossy vinyl/plasti material case in the back. Look at it closely. In pure white no less. And it's in the sun!
So not only would it start cracking but pick up filth quick. Over the years it would yellow, of course. That case truly and without any doubt says to me: Commodore Reserve, abbreviated CR of course.
I'd like to see someone who has one show us what it looks like today so we can admire it and perhaps make a joke or two, while really deep inside wanting it sooo much, regardless of what it looks like.
