I know a local seller here in Rome Italy that has a Voodoo 2 from Gainward with those green heatsinks. I wanted to buy it from him, but he is very hard to negotiate and he's was asking 70 euro for it. And this was about 2 years ago... About 3 months ago I asked him if he still had it and if he accepted a lower price. He said he still had it but was firm on the price. Honestly it is too much for me even for a special V2 being the card "pulled from a working pc" as he likes to call it's state.
Should you Really want it and it cannot be found elsewhere I can help you buy it from him and ship it to you.
