Hi all,

had a great time at retro r3play 2013 this year, it was great to meet up with the guys again and to meet some new people as well:thumbsup:

as said elsewhere, i personally thought the venue was too big, but still a great weekend.

i only got a few setup shots so i hope there will be more show photos added by the other guys

cheers, Justin

Hi Justin

Set up for the Amibay stand looks great

Just following up what Mike said Sorry I could not make this year :(

Just hoping that everyone had a cracking time

We had a great time and we managed to raise the fantastic sum of £159.40 towards the running costs of the site, through the sales of items on the stall.

Thanks to everyone that dug deep, in terms of items that were donated for sale and for the generosity of the people that bought stuff from the stall.

 :thumbsup2:

Nice pics Justin

I only took a few of the Amibay area on Sunday. (attached, Justin using a PPC based Amiga )

@mjnurney/Paradroid90, shame you guys couldn't make it :(

I'm sorry I couldn't make it this year, the first show I have missed. :(
I love the setup you guys had, that projector unit looks great, did you use it for the tournaments?

Is that the legendary Walker I spy in the plastic case? That looks awesome.
Glad you guys had a good weekend anyway. Hopefully next year I'll be able to make it, and will bring the mini-r0jaws along with me too.

errrr Snozzy ?? Is this an imposter?

Ian brought his BumbleBee project PC in on the Sunday and it generated a lot of interest. It got played on almost non-stop during the day.

your son does smile every now and then, doesnt he?

he looks more like your bodyguard:D

how tall is he?

the apple II is mine.
My P.E.T. was dead Saturday morning (PSU problem I think)
Apple II was fine all Saturday but died Sunday morning. (I think one of the ROM chips needs re-seating but didn't have my glasses so will fix when it gets home)
My trs-80 colour computer survived the full weekend.

He's 6 feet 6 inches (at least) and dwarfs my 5 feet 10. He has been known to smile from time to time...
