I saw this at Play Expo and didn't think anyone filmed it; I was wrong. This was going on right next door to the AmiBay stand.

Enjoy...

Ian as Bane on Sunday.

Also, Quote of the Day for me on Sunday, as Ian and I were packing stuff into a tall supermarket-style cage, ready to load into the van.

Ian: "There's shelves in this, do we need the shelves?"
Me: "Where we're going, we don't need shelves..."

:lol:

A somewhat shaky video of the AmiBay stand on day 2...

There's a nice shot of all the groovy swag that we had for sale on the front stall though. ;)

Just to let everyone know my apple ][ lives again.
Turns out it was a faulty system ROM.Burned a new one and it's fine again :D

@Lurch666

I am really pleased to read that sir -

Interestingly it was the Apple that kept tripping out the whole set up on the table - this is why it was unplugged by the electricians - sadly when a plug was then added - it tripped out the whole set again taking two computers with it =(

I would inspect the PSU of that machine when you have time and possibly invest in an RCD ;)

I thought that it was the PET that tripped the breakers.

I am pleased that the Apple II is up and running again - I was looking forward to having a play with it but by the time I got round to looking at it it was out of order.

@fatbob_gb

its was certainly one of Lurch666's machines..... he planned it that way.... I know.... I sensed a disturbance in the electromagnetic force!

;) =)

It was the PET tripping the breaker I think.The PSU is definitely smoking so I think a cap has gone.The PET had it's plug removed but I didn't know why so I put another one on and found out why the previous one had been cut off.:wooha:

PET is now fixed as well.The smoothing filter in the PSU had failed.Just removed it and the PET is alive.
