Hi folks,
Just wanted to drop a little "Hi" to introduce myself. Growing up if I wanted the newest computer on the scene I had no choice but to sell my current pride and joy and do odd jobs to get enough cash to afford the next machine. It broke my heart every time, and I always regretted letting each machine go.
Over the past 5 years I've scoured the various sites and locations buying back models of the machines that adored and had to part with growing up, most recently I managed to lay my hands on a reasonably pristine original Commodore Amiga A1200 (completely unexpanded).
I've spent the last two weeks installing a CF HD, ACA1233/40, Kickstart 3.1 ROMs & a new/old stock keyboard to replace my yellowed one.
I'm really enjoying the 1200, games/demos WB & apps.
Nice to be around fellow fans of the platform
