Guys, I need to point out at this stage, that we will have limited table space, only probably enough for a couple of machines and a bit set aside to sell some donations to raise money to pay for the forum hosting fees.
There will be one or two tickets available, but only for those who will be manning the table over the weekend and helping out. We won't be able to stretch to free tickets for all exhibitors I'm afraid.
We also want to have reliable, fun systems that are well tested and require no maintenance on the day. One or two on the table itself, possibly a couple more setup for tournaments. We will also need TVs.

Thanks for the offers of help with gear though guys (as always) , I'll clarify with Chris exactly what he would like, and get back to you all.

But for those who are interested, Keith and I are organising a small Hack-Fest/ forum feast later in the year where the upper limit on systems will only be limited by your ability to get them through the door. Keep your eyes peeled for that one.

hack-fest sound good thanks for the info on tickets will get mine asap all my systems are in 100% working order so let me know if you want me to bring any stuff i have 2 x lcd tv let me know if you would like me to bring them

me too hotel booked, weekend tickets bought. Just incase anyone is on a budget & have a car, the travelodge( Birmingham Hilton Park M6 Southbound Hotel) is only 5.1 miles away & is only £18 per night cheep as chip`s or digestives

That looks pretty good, however, I had difficulty picking out the names on the guest list on the C64 page. But then I am viewing it on my EeePC over a fairly slow internet connection.
Other than that, it looks great.
