Hi all

Hi all

Just wanted to check for an update on who is bringing what to the show and is anyone compiling a list of who is bringing and exhibiting tech? (Amigas, etc,.) I have added a list of my tech that I can bring , all tested and 100% working, and will be testing up till day of show. I also have 2 analogue LCD TVs that I can bring if needed, just let me know.

AS the J-Meister says we're not pimping rigs this time but from an Amibay perspective - it's just a real opportunity to reforge friendships over a few beers, meet folks that are industry legends and play games. No pressure to watch our kit or help noobs with what to buy or do with their new found hobby - just chill hehe

I think we are still trying to arrange an Amibay event that will be all about hackery and showing our stuff but this isn't it.

Cheers

John

That's bang on chaps there will be a couple of reliable, cheap systems setup for games and a small tournament, and the table will have a few donations on it to sell, to cover server costs but that's it.
As John says, this will be all about chilling out with friends.

The event in August will be a forum only event so that members can feel more relaxed about bringing their more interesting kit to show it off to fellow enthusiasts in a private, secure environment (also over a few beers btw ;)).

hi

hi

Hi cool thanks for letting me know:thumbsup:

i have a 15" and 22" analog LCD tv if needed & i have a ps2 wfi controller to amiga

And the AMIGA and AROS case badges i had made i will donate them for sale to raise cash for AMIBAY:thumbsup: :D

Me and a friend are looking forward to going, but since I am fairly new to this site, would we still be welcome to hang out and have a beer with you guys? It's half the reason we are looking forward to going.

I used to go to all the amiga shows up until about the year 2005, so it'd be nice to hopefully catch up with a few friendly faces, and meet some new friends.

Hi Darren, of course you're welcome and so is everyone
