Rework Station

That is a good starter :) I have the CSI version of the same model (it doesn't have a soldering iron, but does have an IC remover).

I've also got a Puhui T-8280 preheater for my 360 and PS3 rework.

I use a very similar one. They seem to all be the exact same device labelled with different company names. It works well, but is a bit louder than I'd like (the expensive ones at work are a lot quieter). Also, remember to remove the transport screws (underneath) before you use it.

But they are great tools to have. Just dont leave them on for 12 hours a day lol.

i do find that one thing you may end up thinking "i wish i had bought one of those"
is a little stand so you can point the hot air thing where you want it at the distance you want it to be and then leave it..
its hard to be accurate when your standing there with an aching back.

Let me know how you like it when it shows up, might pick one up myself and return my wesd51.
