RF vs Scart vs Composite vs Svideo vs GBS - PICS INSIDE!

The GBS is suffering from poor upscaling plain and simple. The more expensive units usually don't suffer that moire effect on desktop backgrounds. Heck, the TVs upscaler is doing a better job with the direct SCART RGB input. Amazing considering how cheap the upscalers usually are in TVs. The difference in quality between S-Video and SCART RGB would be more obvious if it was a CRT as it is usually noticeably sharper, with zero color bleed and much purer color rendition. The LCD's scaling is softening the picture quite a bit.
 
Just picked up an older 26inch Grundig LCD tv, should be a reasonable platform for testing all the inputs I wanted ;) native resolution is 1280 x 768 pixels, so not ideal, and I imagine the GBS will look worse because of this :lol:

So, I plan to test the following:

RF
Composh!te (via scart)
SVideo
Scart RGB
GBS to VGA
AND!
RGB to YpBpR
