I could not get anywhere with them, they had just washed their hands of it and blanked me. I honestly think the postey had pilfered it.

Know the feeling. I'm hopeful something will come of my complaint though (they don't know I've e-mailed their customer service centre ). Anyway I'll be going back to the depot on the 28th to chase things up (they said I need to wait 15 working days).
