I started computing way back with an Apple II alike machine (a Microprofessor II) and started programming in basic and assembler on that in my early teens. Later on moved to the C= 64 and from there obviously the Amiga, which was used to about the turn of the century. Currently still have an Amiga 500+ with accelerator, and an expanded Amiga 3000UX (without the UX) which I've been dusting off, recapping, and testing. I'll need to find a good home for some of that precious hardware, so that's why I joined AmiBay.
As a day job I'm a software developer for a domain and hosting provider; in my spare time I like tinkering with hardware and DIY stuff.
