SCAM Callers again.

Just had one of those calls from and Indian guy saying "Hello my name is 'Kevin', I'm calling from the support center about your Windows PC."

I replied saying, I don't think you are. You're a scam artist and a criminal!

The phone went dead.

Something really needs to be done about these irritating callers.

I've not had any of these calls for a good 4 or 5 months.

I'm normally a mild mannered person, but I've found that telling them to f*ck off stops the calls.

Horrible, horrible people.

Waste their time. Boot up the Amiga and attempt to follow their instructions, asking for clarification every time you hit a roadblock, but never mention it isn't a Windows box you're running

boy oh boy,i get these all the time.


i just play with them on the phone for a bit then ask them where there calling from and what there real name is.

the thing is its not just support centres its all sorts i get from insurance peaple to blatent "youve been nominated for xxxxxx prize" bo!"£$ks.

also where do these peaple get my number? as some of them say ive signed for it?!?
which is a total lie.

ok sometimes i get really narked with them and start abussing these peaple over the phone,probably because i dont like being told complete s"£t over the phone.
but the only time i get really angry is when i tell them not to phone and i get another one the next day at the same time(ive even had one phone back 20 minutes later in that case i even asked to speak to the manager to have it stopped)and that was that.
