Here for sale a full backup solution.

It's a very nice and very good looking DAT streamer.
It's fully tested and 100% working. I tested it on the scsi of the BPPC. I've done compressed backup of my cf card.... I tested it also on A4000D with a fastlane Z3 scsi controller.

With the streamer, you will received :

- Power cable,
- scsi cable,
- Manual (German),
- scsi Terminator (to terminate properly the streamer),
- Original software (Diavolo 3.02 Pro) with SN (the sn is written on the floppy disc, I've hidden it on the photo as I do not know if it's allowed to put on the forum),
- 2 cleaning cartridge,
- 8 data cartridge (3 of the 8 are new and still sealed). Photo later

All is there to start.

See photos.

Was 60€ and 50€... NOW 40€ + shipping as paypal gift (or buyer pay the fee).

Hello Gseb,

what is the maximum I can save of a tape? I'm searching a solution like that.

Grüße aus Kassel (Greetings from Kassel) :)

I've found this: Maxell HS-4/90s DAT DDS-1 Data Cartridge
Data Cartridge - DAT DDS-1 - 2 GB (Native)/4 GB (Compressed)

http://mypdfmanuals.com/ref_sien.php?ID=874379

"Capacity of 24 gigabytes on a single DDS-3 tape"

Yes, the cartridges I have are native, uncompressed 2GB.

As I can read on the drive's specification, it'dss-3 compatible. I never tried dss-3 tape and can't tell you more about it...

Regards

Seb
