Sold SD2PSX new memory card mod

Hi guys

I'm looking to buy to get some of these pcbs made up

Obviously ordering these is only worth it if enough people are interested, myself I only wanted 1 but since I cant see anyone selling them made up I thought I'd offer them to others

I cab get the pcbs made up on the main side, other side there's not much other than a old screen. There's also a 3d printed case but I might print these myself

I've got a 10 on order so one will be reserved for you and myself so 8 remain to be claimed.

ordered the oled screens and I've started preparing to print the cases.

£25 each I think is fair plus £5 signed postage. This covers the made up pcb, assembled screen, fully flashed in working order and a 3d printed case
(If you prefer to assemble and program yourself let me know)

I'm planning on printing the cases in a clear blue colour

Just gotta wait for the bits to arrive, when they do I will assemble them and test. I won't ask any payment until I'm satisfied they are functional

Just made one up and programmed it

Fits in the case but extremely snug, looking for screws to use for them. I've got some crappy chinese ps1 memory cards might steal them from those lol

These don't like cheap sd cards though I tried a few cheap sandisk ones (plain black) and a few others that it didn't like. In tge end it like the SanDisk ultra plus and I've tried 16gb up to 128gb and they worked fine

Buttons printed, a little cleaning up on the button holes to do

These are a snug fit but I'm going to remove any more printed material, if the buyer wants to chip some more off or file thats fine but I don't want to ruin the printed surface

Just waiting on the screws to arrive and then these are good to go

I'm fitting the buttons tonight and screws arrived so hopefully they're just about ready

Edit: Buttons fit perfectly but I'm having issues clicking them when the bottom is screwed in

Going to see if I can resolve it, may try printing a case in a different orientation to see if that helps

Sorry for the delay but i don't want to send out something that's not the best it can be

If anyone wants the pcb and print their own case that's fine just let me know

I'll be off work for 5 days from Wednesday so will have more time to concentrate on finishing them

doing a test reprint of a case tonight which I hope will solve the sticking buttons issue

Edit: Quick update. The new case prints much better so I'm reprinting the cases

Ill start printing them tomorrow and should only take a day or so, then theyll be ready

new firmware has also been released so they will be updated to the latest

I have 6 orders so i only have 3 remaining

Edit: Ok guys. Had issues with those original cases so now they've been printed in resin so unfortunately best I can do right now is grey but it matches the ps1

These are all printing now, I'm off work from Friday so I'll be posting friday 3rd and monday 6th
