Sold Sega Dreamcast PAL with faults

Have for sale
a half-working Sega dreamcast PAL
somehow clean and not yellowed,
powers on, display OK,
but can't detect controller on any port,
and most probably won't be reading disks (as most of my DC in my collection).

Want 30 EUR for that.

No interest just a quick tip ...

It's usually the onboard fuse that's located on the front controller board being the culprit for no controller access. It's designed to pop if somebody plugs in a controller whilst the main unit is powered up.

Changed the fuse with :
PTC Resettable Fuse, 72V, 1.29Ω, 0.4A
it is detecting now the controller, but still not reading disks.

recapped the 47uF cap at the same time.
(one cap leg didn't fit in the PCB hole due to remnants of previous leg, so I surface soldered on the other side of the PCB)
