2nd for Robo Aleste... is it English language? also will i need to mod the bios to play it on a UK machine? (I've got a mega everdrive i can load the bios from i believe)

Everdrive will work fine the way but you also need a region mod on the megadrive itself. So switch megadrive to correct region and load multi-region bios from everdrive.

@wmsteele: Yep that's what I did, used an Everdrive and put the BIOS through that and it worked with my PAL Mega CD just fine. I had an Asian Mega Drive and that was modded too, which as you rightly say, is required for it all to work if you want to go the Everdrive route.

@slk486: Yup, apologies I put (PAL) next to The Terminator listing but will edit and mention it at the start of the post too. If you want those three games you mentioned though, drop me a PM sir!

I dont actually own a Megadrive, I only have a Multi Mega. Will that still need to be region modded?
