Found Sega Mega-CD Model 1 Metal Plate +Screw

Currently seeking a Sega Mega-CD Model 1 metal plate and accompanying screw. I cannot find one anywhere outside of buying a whole Mega-CD system on eBay. If anyone has the plate and screw, please let me know ASAP! And remember... it's a Model 1 Mega-CD plate, NOT a Model 2. Many thanks!

pretty sure I have this plate - no screw though but that should't be an issue

I am more than certain that I have this plate. The screw won't be an issue most likely I will find a replacement in my work area
